Cannot use kmail without socks proxy.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. No cofiguration possible.

Actual Results:  
No network connection.

Expected Results:  
Socks proxy configuration option.

When you use:
"kcmshell4 proxy" to configure it it doesn't fix your bug ?
(I think it will fix it so I just need to add an entry in configuration to allow to configurate it)
