When I click in File>Save as and I choose  f.e. png or jpg I've got an error saying "that it cant be saved"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open document
2.go to file>save as or export>
3.try to save it as an different format
Actual Results:  
I can save as a pdf, but I cant save it as png and jpeg format

Expected Results:  
I should  get my draw in other files formats like png or jpg that I could use them in caligra writer

there is an error in forum that whenerver I submit a bug and I choose the proper software version it is never saved, I have to each time to edit bug put the version info and save it  again!!!!!!

Verified here too, when this happens, I see console output:

flow(7872): couldn't create slave: "Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Unknown protocol ''.

Same happens trying to export to svg, exr too, in addition to png, jpg.
