Description Jose 2012-06-01 11:47:28 UTC
At startup, I have some applications (dolphin, chrome, kopete) which use KWallet to store passwords. As I want my session saved and restored everytime I log in, all of them (among others) are launched at startup. Sometimes the CPU gets so busy that I cannto enter the password in the dialog very fast and if I let some applications to launch without entering the unlock password, once that I enter it, those applicacions cannot access to KWallet.
In that case:
- Kopete does not log in on any network. I set my status to online but nothing happens.
- Dolphin cannot access remote folders (through fish://). It gets stuck loading.

If I reboot and enter the password quickly enough, everything works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a session with at least, chrome with some 10-15 tabs open. Kopete (setting it to go online on startup) and dolphin with a couple of remote sites open (through fish).
2. Let the dialog stay for some minutes.
3. Enter the password.
Actual Results:
Kopete isn't able to connect to any network and dolphin to access any remote folder.

Expected Results:
Every application gets its passwords and Kopete gets online and dolphin accesses remote folders.

I can confirm this using 4.9.1. If the kwallet password isn't entered right away at login, nothing can use kwallet (kopete, kontact, telepathy, etc...).

Using 4.10.2, I think this isn't an issue anymore.

Jose, can you confirm the issue is fixed?
