k3b triggers a system notification message every time it starts:
Extra packages can be installed to enhance functionality for K3B
Install Packages
MP3 Encoding


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch k3b
2. 
3.
Actual Results:  
k3b starts and is fully operational.
However, it triggers a system notification message for:
Extra packages can be installed to enhance functionality for K3B
Install Packages
MP3 Encoding

Allowing install packages to run after autorisation results in the message:
Package successfully installed.

Closing k3b, logging out and restarting (k3b) results in the system notification message being shown again.


Expected Results:  
k3b to start without issuing the system notification message.


64bit kubuntu 12.04 
Using k3b Version 2.0.2 (Using KDE Development Platform 4.8.3)

I can confirm this bug. It's the same on my system.

This is no longer a problem. Tested using k3b V18.08.2
