Hello.
I found this text for Krusader viewer/editor in file: summit/docmessages/extragear-utils/krusader_viewer-editor.po (Line: 772; #: viewer-editor.docbook:647)
This is a toggle item. Setting it on checked will make the Icon Border visible in the left side of the active editor, and vice versa.

The above text describes item of menu in Krusader editor: View -> Show Icon Border
The Icon Border shows only yellow stars. Yellow stars indicate position of bookmarks for certain lines in the editor.
Icon Border isn't described even in any text about bookmarks.

1. translating documentation
