Could there be an option for chaning brightness in the windows actions tab? Like changing the opacity via alt+mouseweel.

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
increase and decrease brightness of a window with key combination alt+mousewheel

There is an option for changing the opacity with the alt+mousewheel combination. I would really like it to have an option for changing the brightness of a window in the same way. So alt+mouseweel up would increase the brightness until 100% and alt+mousewheel down would decrease the brightness of a window until 0%.

What's the usecase?
(esp. notice that kwin does only a pretty "dumb" brighten up, not gamma correction or similar what's the better way for eg. video players)

When looking at your compterscreen at night some windows are more intense then others due to the amount of white in between the letters. Also some images are brighter than others. I used to dim windows differently when I was working at night on my two screens. And my eyes did not get tired very quick that way. Some windows do need all the brightness because some programs or websites have a very drak "theme". These didn't need dimming. So it's basicly for reading different sites and programs next to each other on different screens.

This feature doesn't require two screens to be effective.
