update kde version deletes %u from Default Applications ->Web Browser settings

Every time I update with a new KDE version from openSUSE rpms the trailing %u form the Default application.

Example: google-chrome instead of google-chrome %u

Web Browser is deleted causing links to open a local file instead a web page.
This must be a bug since the Email Client setting is preserved

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set the % u in Web Browser settings in Default application
2. update with new packages
3.check Web Browser settings in Default application
Actual Results:
 %u is gone

Expected Results:
expect to see google-chrome %u

This is a minor bug, but it is annoying and I think that it is easy to fix

Looks like a distribution specific problem. Updating KDE packages should not alter configuration files, unless there are post-install scripts running from the package manager. Please report this issue to the bug tracker of your distribution.
