Crashes when trying to re-enable OpenGL detection. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure Desktop
2. Desktop Effects
3.Re-enable OpenGL detection.
Actual Results:  
"System Settings closed unexpectedly"

Expected Results:  
Enabled Desktop effects.
