The location chooser applet is missing inside top bar

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install and boot '2012-05-21-16-42-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-mer-usb-live.iso'
2. Take a look on the top bar and search for the icon of the location chooser applet
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
location chooser applet icon is in top bar

Fixed in 2012-05-22-19-35-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-mer-usb-live.iso.
