Sentry Crash Report:

Description Nico Roeser 2012-05-22 06:56:57 UTC
On my system, Firefox crashed due to a problem with the KWallet integration add-on (KDE Wallet password integration 1.12). DrKonqi started up and I entered some detail about the crash. In the final step, DrKonqi told me that it received an unexpected response from bugs.kde.org. It was trying to report the bug for component “firefox”, which does not exist.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get the KWallet firefox plugin to crash.
2. Use DrKonqi to try to report the bug.
Actual Results:
DrKonqi says “Nicht behandelter Bugzilla-Fehler” (in de-DE).
The displayed bugs.kde.org web page says: “Sorry, either the product firefox does not exist or you aren't authorized to enter a bug into it.
Please press Back and try again.”

Expected Results:
Bug against KWallet add-on is reported.

also occurs with muon 1.3.1 crash report: "There is no component named 'general' in the 'muon' product."

(KDE Platform Version: 4.8.3, Qt Version: 4.8.1, Operating System: Linux 3.2.0-24-generic x86_64, Distribution: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS)

There is no product in B.K.O for Firefox Kwallet integration addon, because its author hasn't decided to use B.K.O as its bug tracker. Then there is no point in allowing drkonqi to create a crash report for that addon, since nobody on B.K.O will deal with such reports.

That is a different story, since muon is really using B.K.O as its bug tracker. I have added the missing mapping, so that problem should not appear in KDE SC 4.9.5 and later.
