KDE User Base serves as the landing page for the Device Notifier plasmoid.  The page is currently down.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1.  Tell Firefox to visit the URL.

Actual Results:  
  1. 91.189.93.5: Connection timed out

Expected Results:  
  1. KDE Device Notifier description

This is a known issue, the entire server is down, that involves the wikis, forum, dot. Should be fixed soon hopefully.
