Description Vivek 2012-05-16 01:25:39 UTC
On suspending and resuming my computer, KGet notifies me that it's pausing downloads and resuming them even though there are no files in the download queue. It's a completely spurious notification - there is nothing for KGet to do, and it should stay out of the way.

Even worse, KGet provides the resuming downloads notification even if the internet is not connected (ie, I am travelling and there are no known wireless networks to connect to), which makes me think it might just be detecting whether network-manager or similar components are running.

opensuse 12.1, KDE 4.8.1, KGet Version 2.8.1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Suspend computer to RAM.
2. Resume computer.
3. Wait for notifications.

Actual Results:
Two notifications appear from KGet (also see screenshot):
No internet connection, stopping transfers.
Internet connection established, resuming transfers.

Expected Results:
No notifications should appear if no files are waiting to download.

I'll attach a screenshot to demonstrate.
