This usually means that the account can't be deleted because of one of several possible reasons: 1. The account contains transactions 2. There is a scheduled transaction that references the account 3. http://kmymoney2.sourceforge.net/kde4/online-manual/details.accounts.delete.html I've tested account deletion on the latest Windows version (4.6.2) and it works as expected. I had found the info about deleting transactions on the web when trouble shooting, but that didnt help.
Didnt have scheduled transactions but still was not able to delete. However I did find I could export the
the accounts that were good, Delete the KMMoney data and import the good accounts so I have managed to get rid
of the account that would not delete, just a pain
