Which version of Plasma NM are you using? Look for the version in "Manage Connections" -> "Other".
Comment 2 torto-proton 2012-05-15 17:47:26 UTC
Hi, thanks for your interest.
It's written "Version 0.9.0.1 (nm09 20120407)"
Comment 3 Lamarque V. Souza 2012-05-15 19:55:47 UTC
I released 0.9.0.2 some weeks ago. One of the fixes in that release probably solves this problem, please upgrade and test if it solves the problem for you.
Comment 4 torto-proton 2012-05-17 05:06:07 UTC
Sorry but I don't know how to update Plasma NM.
I've searched in Muon package manager but I haven't found "Plasma NM package".
I have searched "network manager" package but I have found many packages and I don't know wich one I have to install.
How can I do please ?

Look for a package called plasma-widget-networkmanagement
Comment 6 torto-proton 2012-06-04 18:41:26 UTC
Hi
I tried to download and install 0.9.0.2 version of this package with Muon Package Manager, but I still in 0.9.0.1.
How can I upgrade this package otherwise ?
Sorry for my incapability but I'm newbie
Comment 7 Lamarque V. Souza 2012-06-13 13:43:46 UTC
I am afraid (K)Ubuntu does not provide an update for Plasma NM. You will have to compile it yourself or contact Kubuntu to provide an update for Plasma NM.
Comment 8 Lamarque V. Souza 2012-06-22 00:19:04 UTC
0.9.0.3 for Kubuntu: https://launchpad.net/~yofel/+archive/ppa/+build/3593206

Please test it and report if it fixes the problem for you.
Comment 9 torto-proton 2012-06-25 09:18:24 UTC
Thank you very much.
I tested it but it's not working : an error message about i386 architecture appears and stop the installation. My system is a 64 bit system, may be it's the problem ?
