According to http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-imaging/2012-May/013997.html the facebook plugin violates Facebook privacy policy.

Quoting the HTML part of the message:

Hi,

We've found the following policy violation with your app and need you to address this issue by May 17, 2012 or we will take enforcement action on your app. Please note that we previously contacted you regarding this issue, but the issue has not been addressed.

Our policies require that your app has a privacy policy that tells users what user data you are going to use and how you will use, display, share, or transfer that data and you will include your privacy policy URL in the Developer Application (See, Platform Policy II.3, https://developers.facebook.com/policy/ ).

To address this issue, please update the privacy policy URL field in the Developer Application at developers.facebook.com/apps/107648075065/auth .
