Activate tooltips -> Settings -> Configure Dolphin -> General -> Show tooltips
Move the mouse over a folder and stay here -> tooltip is show. Press alt key and press left mouse button to move the window -> tooltip is always show, move the cursor over the tooltip and release the button -> Dolhin crash.

Kubuntu 12.04 + kde-workspace  4:4.8.3-0ubuntu0.1~ppa2

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Dolphin crash !

Expected Results:  
No crash !

I doesn't have the bug with previous version of dolphin... and i find why : tooltip don't disappear when alt key is press !

I agree with you that the "master" bug come from qt but with previous version of Dolphin, tooltip disappear when alt key is press. So i think, there has been a bug and reopen it.

Finally i "re-close" the bug, Konqi with "file profile" have the bug too (tooltip don't disappear, not the crash), so it's a KDE pb.
