when trying to play media the player refuses to let you make a playlist from a dvd/cd that is inserted into the hardware also upon insertion and given options to play media  when picking amarok from the list nothing happens  but if i pick other media players there is o problem playing the media

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.put in disc
2choose from option menu for which player to use.
3.doesnt play media
Actual Results:  
nothing happens nothing at all and going into the player itself it shows all the relevant information for what the media is but you cannot play it nor make a playlist 

Expected Results:  
should either allow you to play the disc media when inserted and asked to play 
It should allso allow you to make a playlist with the media

I am not sure if there are additional steps that have to be done for it to work  i have used autoplus to install additional codecs 

the other players all have no problem they see the media and when asked to play respond correctly
