Description Antonio Sánchez 2012-04-24 09:01:52 UTC
Everytime Kmail checks mail (File > Check mail) an error message is reported in Notifications gadget:

IMAP 4 Account: Unknown error. (Collection with the same name exists already)

However synchronization seems to work properly: mail is sent and received and folders are updated.

KMail is automatically checking mail every 5 minutes so it is annoying having this error message notified every 5 minutes.

I'm using 2 IMAP accounts (GMail) but only one message is reported.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File > Check mail Ctrl + L)
2. The error is notified.

Kubuntu 11.10.
Kmail 4.7.3.

Please upgrade to 4.8.2 and check if you're able to reproduce this issue
Comment 3 Kevin Ottens 2013-11-16 07:28:21 UTC
The IMAP resource has a new maintainer, reassigning to him.

Does this still apply to >=4.11.3?
Comment 5 Antonio Sánchez 2013-11-21 00:04:14 UTC
4.11.2, it does NOT apply.
