Using the following mer image on the ExoPC:
2012-04-10-10-15-basyskom-plasma-active-testing-mer-usb-live.iso

The urlbar of the PA browser moves around when you pinch-to-zoom.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the PA browser.
2. Browse a webpage.
3. Pinch-to-zoom the page to see the urlbar moving (best seen when zooming out).
Actual Results:  
The urlbar moves instead of staying at the top.

Expected Results:  
The urlbar staying at the top of the browser. Fixed place.

Some remarks from IRC:

[15:00] <unormal> I can "zoom" and thus move the urlbar in the middle of the window.

The URL bar is fixed width and position now, so this is fixed.
