If the shortcut for the klipper history list is pressed the expected list does not open on the main screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start klipper and go to a dual screen setup
2. copy some stuff to the clipboard
3. press the shortcut for klipper history (Ctrl+Alt+V)
Actual Results:  
Klipper history opens on second screen.

Expected Results:  
Klipper history opens on main screen.

It turned out to me that this behaviour can be influenced by the "follow cursor" setting in the windows configuration. However klippers menu will still open on the second screen if the cursor position is such that the menu would not fit on the first screen. This is unconvenient because the mouse cursor postion needs to be adjusted appropriately before the short cut for the menu is pressed.
