If you want to remove border for an application you've to set the "No titlebar and frame" rule in "Appearance & Fixes", but this make the application displayed on every activity running.

Steps to reproduce:
- Choice an application
- Alt + F3 -> Advanced -> Special Application Settings -> Appearance & Fixes -> No titlebar and frame -> Apply -> Yes -> OK
- Close the application
- Open the application
- Switch activity
