French (fr) translations for Calligra installed: calligra-l10n-fr

Hello Andrew. Braindump looks to be no more in the Ubuntu packages after Xenial (16.04LTS). Now, I am testing Disco Dingo (KUBUNTU 19.04). I think the bug could be closed. Regards. Xavier
