autoupdater: lacks dependencies resolution

Autoupdater is supposed to auto update some packages, like security patches.
However AU lacks dependency resolution, and in the effect for example I have
now above 100 packages for update, but I cannot do this, because AU shows some
conflict and that's it. I cannot try to fix this situation, because there is no
such option (as in for example Yast/SM).

Dependency resolution can't be done in PackageKit the backend should provide at least one option to proceed.
