Please make it possible to compare pieces of text pasted from the clipboard (or just typed in for that matter). Motivation: found a solution to a programming headache on Stackoverflow, the example posted in the question was very long, and the solution makes only small changes to it. I want Kompare to locate the changes for me, and currently I must save each snippet to a file.

Kompare version is 4.1.1

(This bugzilla wouldn't accept version 4.1.1 - it says that is no such version of Kompare. I had to remove the version parameter from the query string. I got here by clicking on the button in Kompare's bug report dialog, and that's where the version parameter came from).
