Navigate to http://swipe.nokia.com and click-drag the area that says, "Swipe to learn more". In KHTML and other browsers, it click-drags the element around properly. However, in kwebkitpart, these elements remain static and are highlighted, similar to none-interactive elements on most websites.

I can duplicate this. The issue is also reproducible with QtWebKit's test browser, QtTestBrowser. Hence, the problem needs to be reported upstream against QtWebKit itself. See http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/QtWebKitBugs on how to do just that.
