Recent changes have caused Auto-Away to behave more strangely. Depending on my location, I could be online with Telepathy or offline. While being offline, I expect that the Auto-away doesn't do anything. However the current behavior is that once the Away period has passed, Auto-away logs into all enabled accounts to set the status to Away. Currently the only way to avoid this is to disable the auto-away. That's pretty bad. I'm going to use the "high priority" setting in Bugzilla. To me there's two bugs: The "restoring the wrong presence" bug that we've seen before (I have plans to fix) The KDED should never bring an account online. (fix I'll make now) This was fixed a few commits ago. Also it's the wrong component anyway. |
