After the changes for 4.9 the KCM for Window Switcher is completely overcrowded. This has to be adjusted before the release.

The layouts could become more prominent. E.g. on the first side. Maybe also the two remaining effects could be integrated into the list and the specific configuration should go into a sub-dialog following the suggestions from the mailing list thread.
