The documentation on http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/KWin/WindowSwitcher needs to be adjusted for 4.9 as the installation does not fit any more.

Looks like 'Latest revision as of 10:19, 13 January 2017' modified installation info for Plasma 5
