I get this popup:

Das Laden der Komponente für E-Mail ist fehlgeschlagen. Bibliothek /usr/lib/kde4/kmailpart.so kann nicht geladen werden: (/usr/lib/libincidenceeditorsng.so.4: undefined symbol: _ZTIN4KPIM22MultiplyingLineFactoryE)

I have this every time after update from suse 11.4. (now 12.1)
kontact does not start.

It's a distro problem not a kmail problem. Ask to your distro
