Every time that I try to send Russian message to chat, chat responds:
Delivery of the message $message failed because it was too long.
for example:
Delivery of the message "Прет?" failed because it was too long
Chat room is russian (omsklug@conference.jabber.ru, from Empathy or Kopete all is correct)

Since the version is set to 0.2, can anyone confirm if this is still present in 0.3 or in master

Looks like it's not present in master
