I miss the "open with" dialog for other associated applications (e.g.: PDF-Shuffler) like it was on KDE3.* in KDE 4.*

KPDF never had an "Open With" dialog

OK, perhaps I mix this feature due to the normal usage of KPDF embedded in Konqueror in KDE 3.*.

But I think such a feature could be an improvement for Okular.
