Add configuration option that allows selection of delivery system such as dvb-c and dvb-t of hybrid dvb devices that support such multiple delivery systems but not simultaneously.
One workaround is configuring the selection outside Kaffeine using the dvb-fe-tool utility which is part of upcoming release 0.8.6 of the v4l-utils package  from http://git.linuxtv.org/v4l-utils.git

Fixed on Kaffeine 2.0.1: it now uses libdvb5 and properly supports devices with frontends with multiple delivery systems.
