Output seems to be:

This zero-byte file is created and just stays around. Canceling the save progress does nothing and the app freezes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do BW conversion
2. Save As
3.
Actual Results:  
It freezes.

With digiKam 5.0.0, this problem is not reproducible.
