After I do a BW conversion on color photo, and then "Save As", the image save progress stays at zero.

Output seems to be:

showfoto(18493)/digikam (core) Digikam::FileSaveOptionsBox::discoverFormat: Using fallback format  0
showfoto(18493)/digikam (core) Digikam::FileSaveOptionsBox::discoverFormat: Using fallback format  0

This zero-byte file is created and just stays around. Canceling the save progress does nothing and the app freezes.

q18493.digikamtempfile.tmp

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do BW conversion
2. Save As
3.
Actual Results:
It freezes.

With digiKam 5.0.0, this problem is not reproducible.
I close this file now. Don't hesitate to re-open if necessary.
