The problem is only a functional issue:
If i have a 4 pages pdf document and I want to print from okular only page 1 and 4 I can't without printing page 1 and then page 4.

How about to introduce a free form dialog other than
even pages
odd pages
from to pages
current page ?

someting like.... 1,4 or 1-2,4.....

This is not a print-manager issue. I cannot re-assign to kdelibs, though.
