Currently renaming pops up a dialog saying "Rename ... to" and the text box is empty.
More consistent would be to just put the current name of the host into the text box.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on a history entry and select Rename
Actual Results:
Dialog with empty text box

Expected Results:
Dialog with pre-filled text box
