while using oxygen-gtk2(git version) the application codeblocks doesnt start.
It works without any problem when using the gtk2 -oxygen available in repos
(using kde mint)

could you provide a backtrace ?
and the output in terminal ?

PS: can't reproduce, using codeblocks v10.05

I'm able to reproduce the bug using Codeblocks 10.05 and oxygen-gtk 1.2.2 using KDE 4.8.1 under Gentoo (kernel 3.2.5).

Backtrace and the console output added.

Most likely duplicate of bug 295875
Please confirm that it's fixed and resolve as duplicate in that case.

Fixed using oxygen-gtk2-git. Maybe this bug is a duplicate.
