Not sure if I understand the report correctly. Could you check if this is a duplicate of bug 248720? If not, please describe in detail how to reproduce the bug. No this is a different issue. There are two install buttons, one in the search results and one in the details view for an individual plasmoid. The install button for an item in the search results view works correctly, but the install button in the details view doesn't do anything. To reproduce: 1. Open "Get hot new stuff" for plasmoids. 2. Search for "gmail". 3. For the gmail-plasmoid click on "details". 4. Click on the install button and select an option. I'd expect the plasmoid to install but nothing happens. Then: 5. Go back to search results. 6. Click on the install button for the gmail-plasmoid and select an option. The plasmoid then installs as expected. Thanks for the update. I could reproduce with today's kdelibs/4.8 using the steps in comment #2. *** Bug 300575 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This has been fixed, can no longer reproduce I can still reproduce with the steps from comment #2. *** Bug 324650 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Hi, kdelibs (version 4 and earlier) is no longer maintained since a few years. KDE Frameworks 5 or 6 might already have resolved this bug. If not, please re-open against the matching framework if feasible or against the application that shows the issue. We then can still dispatch it to the right Bugzilla product or component. Greetings Christoph Cullmann |
