I use 2.4 beta7.
In addition, undo'ing the cut-paste leaves the referencing formulas unchanged

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert formula eg. into B2: =$A$2
2. Cut-paste A2 elsewhere, eg. into D2
(3. Press undo twice)
Actual Results:  
2. Formula in B2 becomes: =D2
3. Formula in B2 stays: =D2

Expected Results:  
2. Formula in B2 should become: =$D$2
2. Formula in B2 should become: =$A$2
