We added a profile for kdetalk (Bug 293660), we should add one for freenode as well...

Alternately, see how Empathy does IRC accounts. It's pretty neat.

Their IRC account UI has a dropdown of loads of different pre set-up servers, it's all stored in an XML file that we can steal.
