Created attachment 69382 [details] What I'm talking about This is kind of hard to explain. To be more specific, I want to fix this annoyance when I'm scrolling through a file dialog with my mousewheel. It doesn't seem to scroll "per page". It doesn't seem to follow any rule. This just looks plain ugly and it's hard to navigate around quite often. This doesn't happen only with file dialogs, it also happens when I'm browsing system settings for example. It also happens with Dolphin (when using compact mode). Any fix for this? Any way to turn on something like "smooth scrolling" in KDE 4.8? To reproduce the "bug", open e.g. Chromium and make it run the "open file" dialog (e.g. try adding an attachment in GMail). Then scroll with your mousewheel. Please see the attachment for details.
