In previous versions of KDE i could add and remove apps from the row above search line (http://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=67227).

I hovered the app icon in the bottom row (e.g. search results), and the yellow fav mini-icon was appearing over it, so i could add this app to the upper row.

I hovered the app icon in the upper row, and the red 'minus' mini-icon was appearing over it, so i could remove the app icon from the upper row.


Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
hover mouse on the app icon

Actual Results:  
nothing happens in kubuntu precise alpha2

Expected Results:  
a miniicon appearing to add or remove app link to the favourites, 
so i'd be able to remove rekonq and add chromium-browser icons to the upper row.
