Description Marcus Harrison 2012-02-17 04:18:51 UTC
Version: 4.8 (using KDE 4.8.0)
OS: Linux

When performing a Nepomuk file name search in Dolphin, Nepomuk always displays files with special characters (such as ü/í etc.) even when the search term isn't present in the file name or Nepomuk metadata at all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a file with special characters in its name (such as characters with umlauts) and allow Nepomuk to index it
2. Perform a file search and, with all other options left to defaults, type in any search term other than anything contained in the filename
3. Make sure, "Filename" and, "Everywhere" are selected, then hit Enter

Actual Results:
The search results should exclude any files that do not contain the search terms in their filenames/metadata, including those with special characters

Expected Results:
The search terms always return files with filenames that contain special characters, regardless of the content of the search term vs. the content of the file
