Each menu popup it's sub-menu in the wrong direction in RTL layout, it popup them alawas in the right but they should be in the left
Note that this is not present in kde 4.7.4

Are you using Qt 4.8.0 ?

To find out the Qt version, type "qmake --version" in the command line (KRunner or Konsole).
