When I right click to encrpyt/decrypt file. GpgEx error "Can not access Kleopatra: End of file. Have no issues when encrpyting or decrypting file within kleopatra.

Seems like it is more an GpgEX/Gpg4win issue. However should be fixed in current Gpg4win 2.1.1 devel package. Please reopen if not fixed.
