On my system, the progress bar goes away in about a second. Seems like a judgement call. On one hand, maybe it's not really necessary. On the other hand, users often like progress bars, as it gives them a sense that what they told the computer to do is actually happening. I'm closing this for now, but will re-open if we get any other requests for same. |
