As it seems the kwin dialog for setting per program window settings does not remember the settings that can be set for a windows on a per program or per window basis.

However, the window itself will be restored with the remembered size.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open for example akregator. Click on the upper left icon in the window title.

(German l10n her so english words may not be the same)
Choose "Advanced..." -> "Special settings for this program", "Size & Position"
-> Mark "Size", set to "remember", press "OK"

Actual Results:  
If you open that dialog again, the marked "Size" setting that was enabled before is unmarked again.

Expected Results:  
The settings as set before should be the same when reopening the dialog
