Each time when I move any program window over the screen, a line between title and window content appearing. This issue I'm watching when "wobbly windows" effect is enabled. Please, see video in attachment.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just move any window over the screen.

Actual Results:  
You'll see a line appearing between title and window content. Please, see video in attachment.

Expected Results:  
I expected to no distortion appears.

Graphics adapter: Radeon HD 2600 XT.
Video driver: R600g 6.14.99+git20120202.36c19067
