Needs to be the same as padding to the side of the plasmoid to look write.

Also no padding above the line edit.

Does it need padding above? The ListView has clipping on - I wanted to give the impression that the text is scrolling 'under' the lineedit. 

And as for padding below, when the panel isn't at the bottom, there is padding. I wonder if putting extra padding will make it double up.
