This affects ALL KDE versions, up-to and including 3.1.1, and it doesn't only adversely-affect browsing, one CANNOT TYPE INTO ANY WORDPROCESSOR until it's done, and with a hundreds-of-little-images page, that means leaving one's session until it's done. Cannot reproduce with KDE 3.2 > Also I see no reason for the end dialog ('page has been archived->OK'). To make archiving a web page consistent with downloading a file this notification should be either removed or relegated to an option.
I also find it annoying to click "close" or "ok" when the archiving is complete. I would request a passive popup as with kget which notifies of page is archived.
thanks.

(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: konqueror Version: KDE 2.2.0 Beta1 Severity: wishlist Installed from: Debian Packages Compiler: gcc 2.95 OS: Linux OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified When a page is archived a separate download status window is opened for every element (pictures texts etc.) This prevents the user from continuing to browse because these windows repeatedly grab mouse focus. It would be better if they were replaced by a single Archiving Status download window and that the window should not have the focus on by default. Also I see no reason for the end dialog ('page has been archived->OK'). To make archiving a web page consistent with downloading a file this notification should be either removed or relegated to an option. (Submitted via bugs.kde.org)
