The command "Create New" is insufficiently documented, it does not describe particular objects that may be created.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Read about Dolphin’s File menu [1].

Actual Results:  
  1. Creates a new object (such as a folder or a text file) in the current folder.

Expected Results:  
  1. This, and a reference to a detailed explanation [2].

Long term solution for issues like this is to move all stuff common to dolphin+konqueror into extra docbook(s) and pull them into both documentation at build time, similar to Kate/KWrite:
